This class is designed to help you switch off after a busy day, and prepare you for the weekend.
Gentle yet powerful flowing movements and postures are followed by a short relaxation, where you will be guided to tense and release muscles in order to help relax your body and mind.
Both classes are suitable for beginners as I always offer modifications. However, the second class is a little more fast-paced with more emphasis on flowing between several postures.
Please bring a mat and blanket with you.
